To use your voucher at Cirque M, please use the following code at the checkout that suits your booking.
When using the creative or active kids voucher, you MUST book each child in separately. 

To save time, at the end of your booking there is a box to tick which says ‘save my details’. If you tick that you will not have to double up your contact information at the end.

When booking a child in; 

If you are booking in 1 session please use the code.    CMCREATIVE1
If you are booking in 2 sessions please use the code  CMCREATIVE2
If you are booking in 3 sessions please use the code  CMCREATIVE3


For example:
Donald Duck is booking Hewy and Dewy into a circus class.
Hewy has already used his voucher at the Mud Factory so only Dewy can use his Creative kids voucher.
So Donald would then book Hewy in as normal with no discount and complete the transaction.
He would then book Dewy in to circus and use CMCREATIVE1 at the checkout. 


Example.2
Mini Mouse is booking Mickey Junior into circus and also acrobatics.
So mini would enter CMCREATIVE2 at the checkout.


Please ensure when you enter your voucher number into our booking system it is correct as we require it to be able to be reimbursed by the government. 


If a voucher is not correct or successful you will be required to pay the $50 before continuing the term.

FAQ for CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHERS

Q. Why is my Creative Kids voucher number not working at the checkout?

A. We are not sent your personal voucher number from the government so cannot pre-enter it into our booking system. You must use the code Cirque M provides you.


Q. What discount code do I use? There are 3 options...

A. Use the code that best applies to your situation. If you are booking in a child for 3 classes, your discount code will be CREATIVE3. for example.


Q. Do I need a seperate transaction for each child? 

A. If the kids you are booking in have identical classes and are BOTH using vouchers then YES. However if you are using the voucher for only ONE of your bookings, you must book seperately for each.


Q. Can I get a multi class discount AND use my creative kids voucher? 

A. Unfortunately no, you can enter only 1 discount code at the checkout.


Q. Why cant I use my ACTIVE kids voucher instead of my CREATIVE kids voucher?
A. Because we are not registered for active kids, only creative kids.
